Repairs and returns

To repair products under warranty you will need to send an email to magazzino@protekna.it, after we will send an application form Return Material Authorization (RMA), you will must to fill in all the fields of the form and write detailed information about the defect rediscounted .

For repairs out of warranty , the product will be analysed and only after this we will send a cost estimate, which must be accepted with timbro and signature.

If you do not accept the estimates for products out of warranty you will be charged a cost of € 65.00 .

You can send the material after receiving our number of authorization ( RMA Number ) that will be communicated to you via an our operator within 24 hours of Your request.

This code must be written outside of the package and must be clearly visible .
