The purchase contract " online " is a contract concerning goods and / or services concluded between a supplier ( Protekna srl ) and a client ( company , government or private ) trough a distance system organized of the provider to be used by Internet .

To purchase one or more products via the Internet , the customer can select products and place them in the " Shopping Cart " virtual. The costumer can always visualise the content before forwarding the order.

After the customer will have to compile their details necessary to billing and shipping , also endorse the agreement to the processing of personal details in order to enable Protekna srl to execute the orders submitted.

Then You will need to choose the mode of payment and finally click on the button "confirm order " to forward the order to Protekna srl.

After the correct order is confirmed by Protekna with reply by e -mail to the email address given by the customer.

A confirmation message will resurface all details written by the customer who agrees to verify the correctness and communicate any corrections. Subsequently , Protekna srl after checking the availability of good and the accuracy of customer details , will send an e -mail that confirm the acceptance of the contract ( order confirmation ).

The contract between Protekna srl and the customer is concluded only after sending the e- mail of acceptance of contract by us . Doing the order on our website , the customer claims to have read the conditions of sale , the payment methods and proposals of the whole process.
